I’ve tried  ErrorExpert  and it works great!!
The first time I used it after installation it found about 200 problems which it corrected my  computer is much much faster now.
I now run it   about once a week.
 I have bought many programs which don’t do much if they work at all.
But this one works and it’s simple to use.
I highly recommend this program for anybody that has a computer.
